Below you will find FLORYDS (My Floryd Welin Design, 8412020425) payment and delivery terms. Please read before shopping. By ordering you accept these terms. With the reason for the EU's new data protection regulation, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), our terms of purchase with our Privacy Policy have been updated on 21/5 2018

GENERAL
If you are under 18 years old you have to have your parents approval to order from FLORYD.


PRICES
All prices include 25% swedish VAT. For orders from countries outside the EU, the sum to pay will not include swedish VAT. Local VAT and import customs if applicable may have to be payed in your own country.


PAYMENT
Choose to pay with Visa or Mastercard.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 
Customers within Sweden have full return right within 14 days after receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in original condition. For customers outside Sweden the same right applies but within 7 days. In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return freight, and FLORYD will not refund any shipment or payment costs. All items returned must be wrapped and packed in cardboard. Do not return by placing an address label directly on the original packaging. It will be destroyed and we will not be able to refund the full amount of the goods. In case of a quality claim due to damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the freight cost. Please contact us at info@floryd.se to notify us of a return or exchange, so we can help you.

FAILED DELIVERY 
If you are not available at the address you stated when ordering and DHL or Posten can not reach you the package will be returned to us. Shipment and handling of return will then be charged the customer 50 EUR in Europe and 60 EUR in the rest of the world. 

SHIPMENT
Shipping within Sweden 59 SEK, Europe 249 SEK and on International orders 399 SEK.


DELIVERY TIME
Ordered items will be shipped within 1-4 business days (if nothing else is stated in the product's information text). It is your responsibility as a buyer to enter the correct name, address, phone and e-mail when ordering. If the package is delaying more than 21 days, it is your responsibility to check what has happened to your shipment. We hire DHL and Posten.


TRANSPORT

If the goods are damaged at delivery at the place of delivery, make a notification at once. If the damage is detected only when you open the shipment, please report on FLORYD via info@floryd.se


LAWS AND REGULATIONS
We handle all personal data in accordance with the new GDPR law. According to swedish law, we have to ask for your approval to treat your personal data. All the information you give us or that we get through your visit of our site will be handled by FLORYD in trait of responsible of personal data. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our business responsibilities to you and in marketing purposes. FLORYD will not provide your personal data to a 3rd party in marketing purposes.


GDPR - THE NEW General Data Protection Regulation
We save the following personal data about our customers:
CUSTOMERS: First Name, Last Name, Company / Organization, Email, Person numbers , VAT Number, Address, Postal Code, City, Country, Phone number. 

ORDER: IP address, Email,, Person / ID, VAT number, Address, Company, First name, Last name, Address, Postal code, City, Phone number. As a customer, you can always request extract, modification or deletion of this information at any time. If the personal data is incorrect or irrelevant you have the right to request them to be corrected or deleted.


FORCE MAJEURE
If FLORYD (My Floryd Welin Design, 8412020425) to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then FLORYD cannot be held responsible.
